Grandparents are so cute. And hey, you never know who you might meet when you change your routine. Good luck at your first day!

Okay..I've been out of the blogosphere for a while (was across the pond for awhile visiting castles and hiking)...but congrats on the new job...what exactly happened with your old job and schedule? Are you reducing your hours? What about skating? Are you teaching it?? You can totally handle all of this...freezer meals that I made in grad school were pasta and meat sauce; stirfry and rice; homemade version of hamburger helper; enchilladas; rice, green beans and marinated chicken. I still do a number of these for lunches...I often will spend a Saturday cooking, making about 12 different dishes and freezing individual portions....totally the way to go.
Another thing you might find helpful (as I too have had in sane schedules), is get as much ready the night before for the next in the coffee pot (and on a timer if you have one), clothes selected, breakfast somewhat made, lunch packed, supper packed. The more smooth the am goes, the better the day is. Take your Bcomplex vitamin...yes it turns your pee fluorescent, but it keeps the body sane.
Good can totally handle this!! We are all rooting for you!
