Sign of the Apocalypse

Yesterday I figured a math problem using cross multiplication.

You would have to know how ridiculously pathetic I am at math to really understand why this should really blow your mind. So just trust me on this one.

If it makes you feel better, I'm not even completely sure I remember what cross multiplication is.

For some random reason, I was thinking about long division a few days ago. I have no idea why, but I was remembering when I learned it (4th grade. We weren't supposed to learn until 5th, but I got to learn early.). I was trying to remember what we learned and if I'd still be able to do it.

That's as far as it got. I didn't pick up a pen and paper and actually try it.

But I did think about it. :)

The journalists' motto (in college, though it still applies -- except for the wording in the beginning): "I'm a journalism major because I don't do math."

So true.
