Can this be blamed on hormones?

I just got an email from a girl on my soccer team, saying that she wouldn’t be playing any more games with us this season because she’s pregnant.

I had the strongest, strangest reaction of pure jealousy.

I need to have my head amputated.

personally i think it was (is) a natural reactionfor you to feel jealousy. you have always struck me as being a very loving person, and, for some people (maybe including you) to see pregnancy as an expression of pure love (except for the puking, the not knowing what shoes you have on and the roller coaster mood swings (whee!)). oh. blah, blah, blather, blather. sometimes i just get so full of myself. as with any comment of mine, 'take what you like, and leave the rest.

Yep, I agree with ropedncr.

I think it is totally natural. I always react the same way when I hear that, and it's only getting worse as I get older.

I just found your blog and I find it so interesting. Maybe it's because I'm from Michigan and also a huge Wolverine fan. Also a Chippewa fan where I went to college. I also work in the busy world of sports and it's fun to read your blogs about your work because I feel the same way sometimes. I would have emailed but it directed to my work address. So, I just thought I would say love the blog!
