Monochrome

Simple pleasure of the day: the instantly elegant, refined look a skater takes on when she dresses in all black.

Black gloves are a must. Boot covers need not apply.

You really did black, don't you. I wonder what you look like, with apologies to The Hollies, as a "Long cool woman in a black dress?"

Yes, I really like black. Black and white. And I have a horrible tendancy of buying red when I talk myself out of black and white. I'm very predictable.

Betcha could find out what I look like if you sent me an email promising me that your JDate photo criteria do not apply. Hmmm.

One of my mantras is, "be careful what you wish for."

I think A is gorgeous. She reminds of this one person with the curly hair...hrmm what is her name? Shoot I forgot, sorry =P

Darcy, I agree. A *is* gorgeous. Hmm, who's the curly-haired girl? Is she from Greece?

Oh pish you know what I mean =P. A as in Aly. I don't know who the curly-haired girl is, other than Aly. I was trying to keep up the suspense by trying to compare her to somebody who looks like her, like a famous person (since I do know how she looks like).

Gosh now my funny isn't funny anymore. hrmm maybe it never was.

Yeah Darcy, the humor was lost in the translation, but not the beauty. She has a great smile ;-)

Well, not all jokes work on the internet, eh?

And here I was thinking that you were going to bust out a hilarious curly-haired-celebrity comparison, Darcy!

Marge Simpson would've worked. ;)

But, yes, I do look like me. Except in the morning, when I look like a senile poodle.

If you read between the lines, I thought Darcy was referring to a certain curly-haired Greek blogger. Hmm there *is* a slight resemblance come to think of it...

Oh my! I thought the same exact thing! Greek Tragedy? Oh yes I see the resemblance as well, almost mentioned it before in my first post. That is what I thought you were getting at with your mention of Greece, which left me reading over your comment a few times. Haha. Good one!

And Aly you know I suck at this creativity thing - says it right on my livejournal. A crossover between real life and cartoons to make an analogy? Oh no that is too much for my brain. Only occasional spurts of the creative genes in me come out and this definitely was not one of them.
